FAMS 2027 will feature an impressive lineup of experts from the global food allergen management community, offering a platform to share insights, exchange ideas, discuss the latest research, and strengthen professional relationships.

The conference begins with a day of interactive workshops tackling the challenges faced by both consumers living with food allergies and those responsible for providing their food. This opening day is followed by two days of FAMS conference sessions, showcasing the latest developments in allergen management from industry, scientific advances from clinical experts and academia, and updates across the regulatory landscape. The event concludes with an interactive panel discussion focused on shaping key initiatives for the future.
