Cancellation of Delegate Registration

Cancellations for FAMS 2027 must be notified in writing to jaime@icebergevents.com.au.

Registration is fully refundable up to 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 16 April 2027.

There are no refunds or cancellations made after 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 16 April 2027.

Alternative Delegates

Alternate delegates are welcome prior to 5.00pm (AEST) Monday 17 May 2027 by advising the symposium organiser at jaime@icebergevents.com.au. Alternate delegates will not be accepted after this time. 

Cancellation of FAMS 2027 

In 2027, FAMS is to be held as a face-to-face event in Melbourne 18 - 20 May 2027.

If the organising committee is unable to run the face-to-face Symposium as planned due to Government imposed restrictions or other events beyond its reasonable control, the Symposium will be transferred to a virtual format at a date to be confirmed.

If the Symposium is transferred to a virtual format, all registered delegates will receive a virtual ticket for the event and a refund of the price difference.

Sponsors will be contacted to discuss sponsorship at a discounted rate.

Insurance

Insurance including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Symposium Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Symposium Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Symposium. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
